pop the glock

I’d like all you lovely blog-readers to know that I’ve reached a new low. Or high, I guess. After a particularly miserable dining experience at Mizu on Washington Avenue and a number of Irish car bombs at the Dubliner on Friday night, yours truly found herself at a crew team ‘party’ at SLU. Squeezed in a corner of Stephen’s kitchen, surrounded by empty bottles of rum—akin to the number of empty rum (GROSS, btw) bottles one might find in some sort of giant public university—and facing imminent boredom, I thought quick. I surveyed the room and happened upon a martini glass filled with coffee beans. I’ll bet you can’t guess what I did with those!
I chucked them, one by one, at all the freshman party-ers in the room. That’s what I did. Sometimes you just need to take a little action to improve your life, friends. You can’t just wait for things to happen.
